We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt. If you are not satisfied with your RV Fuel Vault product for any reason, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price.

- The product must be returned within 30 days of the date you received it.
- Items must be in their original condition — unused, undamaged, and unaltered.
- All original packaging, hardware, keys, and installation materials must be included.
- A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.
Refund Process
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us via our Contact Page or email us to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please include your order number and reason for the return. Do not ship items back without an RA number.
Shipping Your Return
Once you receive your RA number, securely package the product and ship it to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5\u201310 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your RV Fuel Vault arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Please take photos of any damage upon receipt and include them when you contact us. This helps us process your claim quickly and improve our shipping practices.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange your product if needed. To request an exchange, follow the same return process above. Once we receive your original item, we will ship the replacement product at no additional charge.
